How fast will I hear back?
We reply to every request within 24 hours. For a large crew or a new site, your recruiter gives you a date for each part of the crew.
Who employs the workers?
C1 does. Workers are W-2 employees of C1 Staffing, verified through E-Verify.
How does billing work?
One hourly bill rate per worker, for hours worked. It covers wages, payroll taxes and recruiting. Your recruiter quotes it for your role and site.
Can I hire a worker permanently?
Yes. Ask your recruiter about temp-to-hire terms.
