Three numbers, each inside the last
Total Workforce is everyone in C1’s workforce who lives in your area. On Deck are the workers we can have background checked, drug tested, onboarded and working in 3–5 business days, plus everyone who is ready now. Ready Now are workers already onboarded and set up to be paid.
*Ready Now is before any background check, drug screen or E-Verify requirement your site may have. If your site requires one, some of those workers move to On Deck until it is complete. A recruiter can give you the number for your exact requirements.
