C1 Staffing connects workers with job opportunities. We do not guarantee job placement, assignment availability, or continued employment.

3. Eligibility

6. Employment Classification and Relationship

C1 Staffing may engage individuals in different capacities, including:

  • Independent contractors

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • A guarantee of employment

  • A partnership or joint venture

  • An employer-employee relationship unless explicitly established in a separate agreement

If you are classified as an independent contractor:

  • You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance

  • You are not entitled to employee benefits unless otherwise stated in writing

7. Payments, Payroll, and Compensation

The Site may display:

  • Pay rates

  • Payroll records

  • Payment status

However:

  • Compensation is governed by separate agreements

  • Payroll processing may be handled by third-party service providers

  • C1 Staffing is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate user information or third-party systems

Users are responsible for reviewing their payment information and reporting discrepancies promptly.

8. Background Checks and Employment Screening

By applying for jobs or using certain features of the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be subject to background checks, employment verification, and other screening processes
